Head of Digital Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop annual and quarterly brand marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
• Strengthen brand positioning, brand equity, and customer relevance in the Thailand market.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead brand campaigns that build both short-term sales and long-term brand value.
• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, PR, in-store media.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, creative development, media planning, and performance tracking.
• Work with creative, media, PR, digital, and production agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
• Lead marketing plans for new product development, limited-time offers, menu innovation, and promotional products.
• Work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategy, product positioning, sales forecasts, and launch communication.
• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend actions to improve results.
• Track sales, traffic, product performance, campaign ROI, and key marketing KPIs.
• Translate data and consumer insights into clear business actions.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and business updates for senior management.
• Identify business risks, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Partner with Operations to ensure marketing campaigns are practical and executable at restaurant level.
• Coordinate with Finance on campaign budgets, pricing, profitability, and promotion effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies, including creative, media, digital, PR, research, and production partners.
• Control marketing budget and ensure effective spending.
• Negotiate with agencies and vendors to deliver quality work within budget and timeline.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or related areas.
• Experience in food retail, retail, restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in brand strategy, 360-degree campaign management, and new product launches.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, digital marketing, and media channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for the food business, customer experience, and brand building.
