O&M Manager (Solar)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop operation and maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. • Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime. • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works. • Inspects facilities, systems and their components for the purpose of identifying necessary repairs. • Supervises the installation of systems and/or components for the purpose of completing projects safely and within established time frames. • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field. • Previous working experience in an operation and maintenance or similar roles for 5 years. • Great knowledge and skills with a mechanical/ electrical/ electronic discipline • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
