หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensure smooth, PLC, Electrical and instrument equipment operation. • Define and study the technical proposal to answer to the industrial equipment • Create project planning for new automation machine. • Assists Manager with annual assessments of the designers he has worked with • Troubleshooting of existing systems to recover the equipment capabilities in time. Analyze of troubles to remove their causes and avoid reappearance. • Supervise preventive maintenance activities to sustain equipment capabilities and availability. • Selection and supervision of outside contractor companies in small maintenance and investment projects. • Calibrate, repair, and replace components on routine basis to ensure conformity with international quality standards. • Develop and improve/revise the relevant standard operation procedures and/or work instructions for hard- and software components. • Maintain documentation of system hardware layout, instrumentation loops and all system and batch programming. • Actively support local components and equipment sourcing, evaluation recommendation of potential suppliers. • Standby availability for support and troubleshooting on PLC, Electrical Instrument or Automation plant failure. • Ensure conformity with local authorities on Electrical and Instrumentation related regulations. • Implement improvements to the process control systems and ensure support from both internal and external resources are available when needed. • Support plant capital projects for controls and automation of processes. • Manage projects for the purpose of improving safety, quality, efficiency or capacity of process equipment through control system improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree or higher in Automation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • A minimum of 3-5 years work experience configuring and troubleshooting PLC systems in a manufacturing. • Sound experience in automation and motion control. • Project Management skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work in teams. • Computer literate and experience with process control systems and instrumentation. • Fluent in English language.
