PABX and Key Telephone Technical Support to Dealer Study new product and transfer knowledge to dealer or sale team Product evaluation and Product demonstration Prepare / Comply TOR for Enterprise and Government project Get customer requirement, prepare proposal and get back to customer Answer difficult technical questions, solve technical problems and suggest appropriate workaround

Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience 2-3 yrs experience in pre-sales engineer or post-sales technical support Experience with Key Telephone, PBX, VOIP, SIP technology. Experience with Networking, IT LAN / WAN Routers, L2-Switched. Experience supporting telecommunications or networking Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented. Excellent on-time and attendance record Self motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference Graduate or bachelor’s degree – Telecommunication or related field desirable Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is a plus Understand network architecture design
