Job description - Make clear understanding of clients\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' company cultures and job requirements - Identify, assess and select potential candidates, using database, network of contacts and other direct search sources. - Recruit and give the consultation to the candidates and clients. - Control and confirm for making and keeping employee’s personal file and keep it up-date all time. - Job posting management. - Conduct successful candidates\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' reference check for clients. - Coordinate between clients and candidates to solve all problems. - Make cold calls to propose services and visit customers occasionally. Office Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Hrs, Monday - Friday Company website: www.synesis.co.th

Experience of working in sales, marketing, customer service, or consulting field would be advantage. 6. Good command in English. 7. Active, enthusiastic, service-minded, strategic thinking, fast learner, and good interpersonal skill. 8. Excellent analytical and communication skills. 9. Strong coordination, follow up, and problem solving skills.
