หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Service Quality Control: Oversee that reception and server staff deliver service to a high standard and promptly. Welcoming and Relationship Building: Take care of VIP customers and create a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Ambiance Control: Ensure that lighting, sound, music, audio equipment, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant meet standards at all times. Bar Standards Control: Verify that mixology, alcoholic beverage serving, and glass decoration meet the restaurant's standards. Kitchen Coordination: Monitor food preparation speed, taste, and kitchen cleanliness with the head chef. Menu Development: Collaborate with the head bartender and chefs to develop new food and beverage menus to boost sales. Inventory Management: Control the ordering of raw materials, alcoholic beverages, and equipment to prevent shortages or unnecessary losses Cost Control: Monitor and reduce the percentage of raw material waste. Monthly Stock Take: Prepare a summary report of remaining inventory. Work Scheduling: Plan shifts for front-of-house and bar staff to optimize customer flow each day. Staff Training: Provide training on service procedures. • Product knowledge and upselling techniques Summarize daily sales: Check the POS system, count cash, and submit sales reports (income and expenses) to management. Security control: Coordinate with the security team to screen customers by age and oversee security measures. Comply with laws: Control store opening and closing times and sell alcoholic beverages according to legal regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Direct Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a bar/restaurant or pub. Advanced Beverage Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine types, cocktails (mixology), draft beer, and alcohol bar management systems. Technological Skills: Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Excel for cost calculations. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to seamlessly coordinate with back-office (kitchen) and front-office (bar/wait/wait) teams. Emotional Control: High level of patience, able to handle intoxicated customers, complaining customers, or stressful situations Leadership: Decisive in decision-making, able to manage large teams and motivate them. Time Flexibility: Able to work shifts, nights, and public holidays without issue Sharp Eye: Observant, able to quickly spot irregularities in the establishment, including cleanliness, safety, and fraudulent behavior.
