Offer to sell E&T Spare parts, After-sales and products.
Offer to sell long-term service agreement of Customer Value Agreement (CVA).
Increase sales to new customers who do not yet have an order history or contact for service.
Maintain and update customer information in the database (DBS) with accurate and up-to-date details.
Monitor the opening and closing of Work Orders (W/O) for service requests.
Monitor customer payment status and ensure timely collections.
Deliver technical expertise to customers, addressing product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing after-sales support.
Handle customer complaints promptly, thoroughly document issues, and track progress towards resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Engineering If it's Sales Engineer will be given special consideration.
Basic knowledge of engine and electricity.
Selling and Negotiation Skills.
Communication Skills.
Good Command of English (Business Communication Level).
