• • Control sales team to achieve sales target. • Making sales plan and result to forecast by month, considerate production information to analyze gap between plan & result. • Develop new Customers & Business. • Follow up under warranty report and return claim unit. • Follow up project order with engineering team to meet delivery date and cost efficiency. • Set up internal sales training schedule for improves technical and sales skill. • Set up external training schedule for Customers. • Planning Stock Order in every month. • Create Team Work and Leadership to Sales Team. • Visit customer domestic and contact to overseas.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
