Assistant Sales Manager (Automation)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Control sales team to achieve sales target. • Making sales plan and result to forecast by month, considerate production information to analyze gap between plan & result. • Develop new Customers & Business. • Follow up under warranty report and return claim unit. • Follow up project order with engineering team to meet delivery date and cost efficiency. • Set up internal sales training schedule for improves technical and sales skill. • Set up external training schedule for Customers. • Planning Stock Order in every month. • Create Team Work and Leadership to Sales Team. • Visit customer domestic and contact to overseas.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <font size=2>• Male or Female, age between 30 - 45 years old.<br />• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Electronic Electrical/ Industrial or others) or related field.<br />• Good command of spoken and written English.<br />• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.<br />• Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical or Automation product.<br />• Have own car and able to work upcountry and oversea.</font><br />
