หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements. • Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. • Participate in the creation and/or revision of work instructions for the inspection function • Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists • Coordinate rework activities, as required • Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures • Perform spot-process audits, as required • Perform failure analysis and raise corresponding NC report

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have good English written and verbal communication skills • Good arithmetic skills are required • Mechanical aptitude desired • 3+ years Quality Control experience in Receiving, In-process and Finished Goods Inspection is preferred • Working knowledge of measurement instruments and basic understanding of engineering drawing • General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Basic understanding of ISO-9001 or experience in quality system relating to manufacturing
