หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ไฮไลท์เด่นของงาน • FREIGHT FORWARDER • SEAFREIGHT EXPORT • Location: BTS-Ratchadamri or MRT--Silom รายละเอียดงาน Dextra Industry and Transport has built over the years a triple expertise: general cargo forwarding to/from Asia, the engineering and coordination to forward super oversized cargo on a door-to-door basis, as well as the delivery of industrial services such as installation, dismantling and relocation of large production equipment. You will work in international environment with strongly support from the teams and top managements. Reporting to Export Manager, your job will focus on handle export freight forwarding, prepare documentation and build good relationship with customers and providers. Also, coordinate with Sales team. Export freight forwarding • Coordinating with customer to collect enquiries and booking information. • Providing booking confirmation to client • Create booking and placing booking to carrier. • Booking Trucks • Following up shipment Coordination • Coordinating with Customer, Shipping and Oversea Agent • Coordinating with Sales and other departments • Providing documents to Customer, Shipping and Oversea Agent Documentation • Preparing and confirm HBL, MBL • Confirming draft export entry with customer • Updating shipment status • Issuing invoice to client

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS (คุณสมบัติที่ต้องมี) • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree • Work Experience: At least 1 years experience in SEA FREIGHT EXPORT freight forwarding or related functions with international freight forwarding • Have experience in export customs clearance • English Level: Good command of written and spoken English • Airfreight Export Experience is plus • Other technical skills : LOGISTICS
