หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities • Prepare and follow up the Bar project Execution Planning, from contract signature to customer delivery, with all the concerned departments (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Logistic). • Lead the weekly coordination meeting • Operate MPS and MRP management with ERP system o Plan and control production to ensure getting output according to the schedule o Plan and control the replenishment of raw materials, tools and consumables at defined stock levels o Open the work orders according to production plan • Coordinate with Purchasing department to ensure the on time delivery of purchased parts • Coordinate with Quality Control department to ensure both manufacture & purchase parts are ready to support per production plan • Coordinate with Production team, on the actual output vs planning • Inform timely when late delivery or any other problems and Identify the proper action to secure production and delivery schedule in effective way • Report monthly KPI and propose actions to achieve targets • Propose monthly improvement plan to increase the efficiency and the performance of his duties.
