Mechanical Design Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) • Study the project feasibility (full machine, or assembly upgrade & modifications) concept (have to propose to management N+1 N+2, 2 or 3 different solutions (target is to compare those 2/3 solutions in term of costs, technical feasibility, lead time for make it append, simplicity to assembly, standardization (parts able to be supply worldwide, and maintainability). • After N+1 validation: Create & design the necessary full set of part drawing, assembly drawing and BOM. Also, support the technical sourcing for prototyping and production • Design & assemble the prototype (BOM etc…) • Test the prototype after define the test plan (with product…) • Create the full updated BOM & 3d model & the full set of assembly drawings & 2D drawings > the project will be finish after AFS and Machine assembly validation and signature • Follow the product and make requested changes and corrections throughout the life of the product. • Participate and coordinate with production in all company\'s activities in order to improve machines quality, Productivity and meet the customer satisfaction. • Any other duty related to the business of Dextra as assigned by the team leader
