Senior System Engineer / Storage Engineer

• Provide comprehensive onsite IT support, encompassing server and storage maintenance, software and hardware troubleshooting, and site audits.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of new applications and periodically assess emerging technologies.
• Collaborate on diverse IT projects, including upgrades, maintenance, and relocations as needed.
• Expertly troubleshoot SAN environments, addressing issues with HBAs, FC/Ethernet switches, and storage targets.
• Design and configure storage networks, disks, volumes, LUNs, replication, and archiving solutions.
• Deliver professional technical training sessions and produce detailed documentation for reference.
• Execute projects with utmost efficiency and adhere to strict timelines, showcasing exceptional discipline and organizational skills.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance the company's technological landscape.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in server and storage maintenance within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in enterprise-class NAS platforms, with a focus on Dell Complement.
• Hands-on expertise with storage platforms and servers from leading providers such as IBM, HP, EMC, NetApp, and Sun SPARC.
• Demonstrated ability to configure, upgrade, and deploy enterprise NAS systems, as well as operate and configure enterprise backup and archive systems.
• Strong skills in developing automation for storage management and advanced troubleshooting of Linux servers.
• Familiarity with SAN switches and Unix systems, along with experience in handling network protocols within the storage environment.
• Experience in enterprise storage engineering and architecture, including familiarity with EMC V-MAX, NDM migration tools, NetApp storage solutions, Brocade Fiber Switches, and various operating systems like Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP Unix) and Linux.
• Proficient in storage and IBM Flex blade server technologies, with a track record of successful project coordination, installation, and support.
• Expertise in servers and hardware
