Face Service (Customer Service)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To serve as counter service primary contact person for walk-in customers as well as sales representatives, business partners and prospects for enquests including financial transaction and problem solving of day-to-day business. - To handle simple disdrepancies, clarifications in transaction at counter service with a level of service that exceeds customers' expectations. - To work with other departments for service requirments required. - To provide administrative assistant and support Click-Call-Face Department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
