Senior Geographic Analyst (Chiangmai)-LP

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Perform all Geographic Analyst II responsibilities in an advanced manner.  Serve in two or more of the following roles: Release Coordinator, POI Coordinator, Tier 1 Support, LTLM Champion, Map Report Coordinator, QIL Coordinator, Field Data File Manager, UAT Tester, Source Contact, Part-time Trainer, and/or additional roles as specified.  Assist Team Lead with project and resource management, basic Clarity functions, administrative duties, and other specified tasks.  Serve as proxy during Team Lead absence.  Mentor new employees (both on-site and remote) in advanced aspects of the Geographic Analyst position.  Take lead in understanding and interpretation of NAVTEQ database specifications.  Evaluate the effects of new specification on field data collection and geocoding procedures.  Lead and/or participate in special or cross functional projects designed for organizational improvement. (New content, best practices, project streamlining, Latin America or other global assistance, etc.)  Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with other departments. (TCS, Quality, MarComm, DMO Tools, Data Spec, etc.)  Represent NA Field on Atlas support initiatives, and help develop new attributes, processes, and tools.  Demonstrate pattern of initiative, positive approach and influence, and flexibility to accomplish given objectives. Serve as a positive role model for others.  Collaborate with others, working to remove barriers and optimize performance. Offer help to others when needed, Support team objectives.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Undergraduate degree required. (Preferred in Geography/GIS or related technology.)  Minimum 10 years Geographic Analyst experience preferred.  Extensive knowledge of NAVTEQ specifications and proprietary tools.  Demonstrated experience in successful management of projects.  Advanced written and verbal communication skills.  Demonstrated advanced ability to analyze data, solve problems, and prioritize goals to achieve desired results.  Demonstrated advanced ability for spatial orientation. (I.e. applying “real world” observations to map.)  Ability to travel frequently.  Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
