หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Incident Management • Trouble Shooting on Desktop and Network Infrastructure related incident as per user request • Ensure quality of tickets are met by following company’s standard process • Cooperate with Regional and Global team to solve the incident, if needed. • Provide technical consult to team members for solving related incident. • Working as team, sharing knowledge for support team members and incident tracking 2. Problem Management • Identify root cause for the problem related to Desktop Services and IT Infrastructure • Record results and keep log of problem for reference • Participate in process improvement 3. Application Support • Restore images and install application(s) software standard • Build Service Tag upon user request 4. Asset Management • Manage stock and ordering for New Joiner, Internship, Contractor • Maintain Software Licensing Information • Track S/W and Re-Use and update configuration items • Provide Software Media for Inquiry Users • Dispatch Equipment and provide accessories 5. Monitoring and Report • Daily routine check and fix problems for facilities equipments and training room • Ensures compliance of standards and policies for infrastructure within region. • Preventive monitoring and alert IT infrastructure equipment in irregular status and suspect event 6.
