หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible in managing the outlets at all point of time, and ensuring that the discipline and the operations are in line with company policy. This post is also considered the front-face for clients, therefore an amiable selling skill is a must. In addition, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time is the key theme if this position • Manage all data and documents related to sales/delivery/transfer of goods, and be responsible for all presentations and reports for the shop • To manage shop to sell up to target • Responsibility extends to coordinating and guidance for other outlets also. • Integrate work with other departments in head quarters or manufacturing unit • Attend necessary meetings in marketing or design and troubleshoot matters • Plan/Create sales/expense Budgets and adherence to it • To do yearly Operation Plan • Shop Etiquettes, Employee soft-skill training • Strong Communications with Sales Vice President (responsible & accountable to him/her) • To do direct sales for Thailand, drive in clients • Ownership & security of the products • Fully support all Company Events when needed • To select sales staff to support Company Events • Keeping abreast with all fashion trends of the international market, especially – USA, Hongkong, Japan, Europe, India, Indonesia in terms of Jewellery, gemstones and other raw materials for design and saleability. • Report on daily/weekly/monthly basis to the vice-president in terms of deliverables and achievements of the part of marketing operational plans • Others as assigned

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>Bachelor Degree in related field</p><p>Experience in Marketing and Sales Managerment</p><p>Good English communication skills</p><p>Able plan and manage the Jewelery shop</p><p />
