หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitor and advise employer to follow Health and Safety standard as required by Thai laws • Implement and monitor all client’s safety programs • Analyze Job Hazard Identification including provide countermeasure or job instruction • Perform Risk Assessment • Ensure that all employee follow client’s standard and requirement • Communicate and train to all employee for mandatory safety training and specific safety training for special task perform • Monitor and assess workplace environment or coordinate with person or company that certified by department of labor protection and welfare. • Recommend during Incident Investigation on technical safety tool for root cause analysis • Collect and analyze incident statistic to initiate or coordinate with concern department or function on risk reduction program • Record and submit monthly safe man-hour report • Prepare information for Monthly Plant Safety Review Board as identified in agenda • Develop and communicate daily and monthly safety bulletin champion • Review Contractor Safety qualification with project owner and purchasing before award each contact • Conduct Safety Orientation for Client, Contractors and service providers • Review and approve Job Safety Detail Plan for contractor • Develop and control Contractor tool and equipment safety inspection program • Develop and implement Industrial Hygiene Program • Leading Health Surveillance program to comply with Thai Labor Law • Coordinate Emergency Response and Evacuation Drill\ • Develop and manage fire and security program
