Knowledgeable / Skilled / Experienced in • Scaffold components and structures Technical requirements and acceptance criteria • Plan and organize, capable of completing multiple tasks and meeting established objectives and deadlines • Effectively receives, interprets, and disseminates information verbally and in writing in a manner that is clear and precise and able to be acted upon. • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills • Managing and gaining the involvement of diverse workgroups to accomplish specific projects and goals required. • Computerized information systems • Discretion with confidential information • HSE knowledge and experienced PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Implement and maintain company scaffold services standards, policies, procedures, work instructions and manuals. • To ensure that all SCF operations are in line with standard and regulations • Develop and improve company scaffold service/es and access systems, including solutions aiming towards costs control/reductions, quality and efficiency. • Responses for all scaffold related activities at company facilities, work sites and projects at all levels. • Management & Supervisory Staff, Workers, Materials, Inspections and other statutory and customers requirements • Responsible for the proper control of scaffold materials and operations of WHS (scaffold), including recommendations for assets purchases / transfers / disposals • Ensure inspection of all received goods and services, including applicable follow-up actions. • Recommend and Implement company policies and procedures, including evaluating company culture and recommending changes to accomplish company objectives • Work with Operation Manager, Division Managers and Corporate Staff to develop 5 years business plans for the company • Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve scaffold services data management, performance evaluations, distribution and utilization controls. • Implement short- & long-term division goals, objectives, policies and operational procedures, as well as establish organizational structure to accomplish such • Perform periodic costs and productivity analysis • Represent the company to external agencies and exhibitions, as requested • Other Duties as assigned ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Train, Supervise and Evaluate subordinates and assigned staff. • Coordinate activities with company divisions and managers, as required. • Prepare Reports as defined / requested by company systems and authorities
