• Sale Manage at Dead Sea Cosmetic<br />Professional Management to local sales people<br />HR & Discipline of local People<br />Responsible for local sales staff<br />Handling employee daily problem<br />Arrange worker schedule<br />Strengthening supporting sale staff daily<br />Moving around booths and various shopping malls according to daily needs<br />Phone call for encouragement and motivation with the employees<br />Sale Report<br />Make sure that the sales staff reporting of logistic needs<br /><p><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br />• Degree with 3 years experience in relevant Sales ( Cosmetics )Background<br />• Strong sales, business development, account management <br />• Broad administrative skills including computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.<br />• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to and build relationships with senior customer contacts.<br />• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai is essential.<br />• Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.<br />• Must be self motivated/a self starter <br /></p><p>Basic Salary : 15,000 + Comission</p>
