• Head of Production Department responsible for leading the Production team to achieve targets for board production volume and quality.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications and Experience; • 10 years relevant experience in process and/or manufacturing industry at senior level. Experience in particleboard (or other wood panel-board) manufacturing would be highly regarded. • Tertiary qualification (degree, diploma) in appropriate technical discipline. • Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to be an influential member of a multi-disciplinary management team and to develop subordinates into an effective team. • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
