PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Based in Songkhla)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities 1. Lead the identification, qualification and management of suppliers for gloves required by Sales & Marketing team 2. Interface closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure effective sourcing of acceptable quality and cost effective products for each product category 3. Negotiate price and appropriate terms of purchase for each product that meets the needs of each customer and market served by the company and ensures lowest possible overall cost. 4. Keep track of essential commodity prices and product market prices that affect product cost, and make recommendations for purchasing and selling activity that optimize overall sales and profitability. 5. Develop partnership with a wide pool of suppliers who can provide a wide range of sourcing options that provide access to cost effective and reliable quality and supply chain performance. 6. Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Manufacturing teams to ensure sales targets, delivery schedule of products are met and cost effective delivery of products from factory to required destinations

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Possess minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline. Diploma holders with good working experience will be considered. 2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in disposable glove industry 3. Experience in health care related products, global sourcing, commodity tracking and vendor negotiation is desired. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 5. Must have good command of spoken and written English 6. A team player with good interpersonal skills 7.
