หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To direct and make HR strategic planning Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources and Administration, 3 of which at Head of HR level

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Good command of oral and written English, and Mandarin is preferred. • Extensive and in-depth knowledge in Thailand nation-wide and local labor laws, regulations in relation to the management of Labor contracts, policy on compensation, hiring and recruiting, security insurance, training and development; knowledge in Thailand labor laws and regulations is an advantage, • Knowledge and practical experience in systematic and modernized HR Management system, in-depth understanding of all HR professional skills and functions and be able to direct and supervise each HR function. • Working experience in large-sized international companies or foreign owned enterprises. • With hands-on HR operation experience in manufacturing site; • Strong ability in planning and execution, • Strong in communication and negotiation skills, team leading, duty-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
