หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Co-ordination with DSP to follow up and update inventory for the materials receive and good issue status. • Response for issuing Delivery Note as required by Project teams. • Coordinate with project for picking up materials back from sites as materials return being occurred. • Responsible for stock monitoring under goods receiving and goods issuing. • Operation MUS system under material module (MM). • Operation MUS system in term of input/output and updates data for material movement, handling for goods receive and goods issue. • Liaison with project coordinator for smooth flow of material as required by projects. • Reporting for discrepancies in inventories, notifies to his/her superior of irregularities of material flow in the system also to projects owner. • Following the Logistics’ work procedures efficiently.
