หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Mission: Implement, enhance and support the Lab production unit IT applications; related to order management, production and manufacturing execution systems. Strategic project in a multicultural environment; Responsibilities: • Deployment of the Worldwide IT solution • Interface between business team and project team (located in India, Thailand and France) • IT specifications design based on business requirements build test scenario and implement enhancements • User training, assistance and communication • KPI implementation on business / systems performances • Support: preventive actions implementation/ issues fixing • Tasks planning (workload and schedule), timeline respect 3 main responsibilities: Application support (support level 3) •Monitor application •User assistance •Support and fix application issues, including Duty call (rotation every week among all team members - allowance provided when duty phone is carried) Enhancement and project •Gather user requirements and write specifications to add new features •Prepare and execute test plan / Run UAT / Train users •Implement and participate to go live of new features New customers / New Flows •connecting new customers via EDI •enhancing the current flow to add new parameters Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or relevant field • At least 3 years of experience in similar functions, business analysis or IT development in Industrial environment • Good knowledge in Windows 2003, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft.
