Sales and operation officer (Laos Based)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Drive regional revenue by implementing aggressive market penetration strategies and ensuring sustainable profit margins.
• Design and execute a dedicated Thailand border sales roadmap, utilizing data-driven forecasting for high-priority accounts and identifying gaps where our technical product development can meet unmet market needs.
• Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with key industrial players and decision-makers to lock in long-term contracts and build a consistent project pipeline.
• Take ownership of the entire sales journey from initial outreach to the finalization of contracts, maintaining oversight of credit terms and ensuring the prompt collection of payments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of Sales experience within heavy industry or manufacturing (specifically LPG, Gas, Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or related sectors).
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field.
• Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin).
• Readiness to travel internationally to support business objectives and client needs.
