Sales Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Respond in maintaining and business development with existing clients in specific market or area as well as location and find out new opportunity for new customers.
• - Acquire the working knowledge of all products and its application.
• - Maintain and develop relationship with customer and provide the latest technical service or equipment to support customer.
• - Keep up-to-date records of all customer especially key customers
• - Respond the all customer inquiry and complaints of customer on products , delivery , documents and all other service and report directly to supervisory/managerial level
• - Other performs as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in management or any filed of engineering or related filed or equivalent
• - At least 3 experiences in sales, customer service and support or related filed.
• - Good interpersonal skill, result-oriented, customer service mind.
• - Computer literacy. - Good command of English.
• - Readiness to travel and work abroad.
• - Proactive and work very well under high pressure.
