Role & Responsibilities: -Lead the E-Commerce Team to grow the online business in every channel (marketplace, social commerce and brand.com) -Create brand awareness, consideration and conversion for Gizman Gadgets and our partner brands. -Collaborate with key brands (e.g. Marshall, iRobot, Ninebot) and key channel partners (such as Lazada, Shopee) to drive brand awareness and sales revenue. Motivate and drive your team members to perform their best. -Analyze and present past performance/growth opportunities to internal teams. Be part of the decision making with the management. -Other related activities that will grow the business for Gizman Gadgets
