Process Improvement Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Define and develop Operations and Quality Excellence strategies •Provide leadership, motivation, and resources to site personnel to implement Lean Manufacturing •Conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems, and opportunities for improvement •Apply analytical expertise on operations related topics to develop hypothesis, conceptualize projects, build stakeholder alignment, and drive the projects to achieve strategic goals, rationalize cost, and quality performance •Work with production and engineering team to successfully implement continuous improvement projects and ensure long term success •Manage portfolio of improvement projects and keep track of actions and results of these projects throughout the manufacturing plant •Able to work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support change management program •Keep track of actions for cost saving initiatives

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field At least 3 years experience in Lean manufacturing Ability to manage and work on multiple projects at the same time Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus Working Saturday, except Work location Lenso Wheel Factory Wellgrow Industrial Estate Soi.10
