Regulatory Compliance Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform compliance task i.e compliance training,supervision and monitoring to ensure the company's business and operation to comply with internal and external regulator. • Prepare suspicious activity reports • Manage/Conduct KYC/CDD review Lead the team to implement upcoming/changed AML/CFT regulations Udpate policies/procedures in accordance with AML/CFT changes Provide advisory and education to business units and other related functional groups for AML/CFT and KYC/CDD • Supervise and Conduct: o Conduct KYC/CDD review o Review AML Report o Update AML Watch List, Sanction List.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • At least 1-5 years in Compliance and/or Laws in Banking Industry • Bachelor Degree or higher in Laws, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields • Good knowledge/understanding in Banking products and environment • Good analytical skills and understand the implications and complexities of different regulations • Computer skills – Email, Windows based software application and Excel. • Good command of English
