• 1. Prepares and validates documents for disbursement. 2. Reconciles bank deposits to the general ledger as part of the bank reconciliation process. 3. Monitors and records daily sales transactions. 4. Monitors and records collections from customers. 5. Prepares and analyzes financial statements at the end of the month. 6. Prepares annual operating budget and variance reports. 7. Performs audit of internal procedure / compliance to established standards. 8. Prepares financial statements and files reports on tax matters.
