Export Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Control the import/export to meet the requirement of user by correctly and on time 2.Develop and update tracking systems to ensure timely delivery of incoming shipments 3.Handle and process with finance department for invoice of shipping cost, claiming insurance and import duty refund 4.Prepare shipping documents for export 5.Control and responsible for all incoming and out-going parcels 6.Coordinate with the Post Office, Shipping agents and Custom Department Filing system 7.Coordinate with the Post Office, Shipping agents and Custom Department Filing system 8.Plan and manage tracking and outbound freight forwarder to customer schedules 9.Provide the Shipment information to customers 10.Observe New shipping agencies for Customs Brokerage & Freight reduction 11.Handle and be responsible for Export Customs clearance activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul><li>Male Age over than 24 years old, Thai nationality.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in any field.</li><li>At least 3 years experiences in logistics or warehouse operations.</li><li>Good communication, people management and leadership skill</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English, computer literate.</li><li>Hard working</li></ul>
