Product Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Specialist team.
• Set team priorities, assign tasks, and monitor KPIs.
• Develop product and go-to-market strategies.
• Build relationships with KOLs and analyze market trends.
• Manage product lifecycle, inventory, and sales growth initiatives.
• Support Sales with product expertise.
• Coordinate with RA, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure successful product launch and customer support.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female, aged 30–45 years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the Aesthetic Device or Medical Device industry, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Laser, RF, HIFU, and other aesthetic technologies.
• Experience in sales strategy, product marketing, and data analysis.
• Ability to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop Product Specialist or Marketing teams.
