Business Unit Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Business Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company growth targets and market opportunities.
• P&L & Budget Management: Take full ownership of the Business Unit’s P&L, set annual budgets, manage operational costs, and maximize revenue and profitability margins.
• Cost Control: Implement strategies to optimize operational expenses across sales, logistics, and technical service functions.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze medical technology trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capture new business opportunities in Thailand.
• Lead and integrate all core operational functions—Sales, Product Support, Services Engineer , Marketing, and Logistics—to achieve seamless cross-departmental execution and unified business goals.
• Drive strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem by acting as the main liaison for international principals, cultivating high-value relationships with KOLs and hospital executives, and aligning with internal Shared Services to ensure operational compliance and business efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial experience in medical device or aesthetic device distribution.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role with proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L.
• Deep understanding of the Thai healthcare system, hospital purchasing protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with proven abilities in cost control, budgeting, and margin optimization.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Thai for global supplier and executive communication.
