HR Business Partner Support (สัญญาจ้าง)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide information under guideline by HRBP to employee, business leader and line manager on HR policy & process - Coordinates, and administers a variety of program and activities covering multiple HR activities - Employee movement administration - Coordinate with Recruitment interview appointment & document and provide candidate short-listed to Business - Proceed job offer to the right candidate - Proceed staff exit tasks - Support job requisition documents for replacement and new head count - Provide basic advices on HR policies and procedures to the employees and escalate the issues to the right channels as necessary - Update organizational chart and job description - Filing HR related document - Support all HR items related to functional team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• * Bachelor or Master Degree in HR management or other related field * Experience 3 Years in HR field * At least 2 years in HR management or administration * Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) * Location at Bangna Tower
