IT - Business Analyst: Online Marketing

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Gather business requirement in details with Business include all relevant functions particularly from online marketing team after project has approval.  Coordinate with system development team to come out with system design according to business requirement and scope of project.  To develop the complete and practical functional specification with signoff from related party.  Coordinate and help UAT Leader for some project in term of business requirement, functional specification and project scope.  Coordinate and help users for some project during UAT stages.  To support project and team members in term of documentation such as parameter signoff, implementation plan etc.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or higher in marketing, business communications, advertising, IT with minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields.</li> <li>Knowledge of web-based protocols, HTML, Photoshop and designed skills is a plus</li> <li>Experienced with Social Media Management is a must (Facebook, Twitter)</li> <li>Experienced with SEO and SEM is a must (Ad Words, Facebook Advertising)</li> <li>Experienced with Google Analytics and other analytics system is a plus.</li> <li>A team player with creative, analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects without losing focus.</li> <li>Familiar with producing the functional specification based on business requirements and system design</li> <li>Good command of English</li> <li>Have background on SDLC process</li> </ul>
