Human Resources Officer (Sales Incentive Management)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Calculate monthly sales incentive and verify all calculation -Prepare incentive calculation reports and coordinate with related department for payment in a timely manner -Coordinate with IT to update Incentive Calculation Scheme in the system -Prepare Accrued Expenses Report for Financial Department -Prepare Employment Certificate for Outsource Marketing/Sales Representative

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Statistics or related field -Minimum 3 years working experience (Auto Hire Purchase is preferred) with at least 1 year relevant experience in incentive compensation -High proficiency in distilling massive amounts of data -Strong attention to detail, good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills -Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines -Expert user of Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel -Good command in English
