Collections Recovery Team Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage in-house phone collector team both of manual and Auto Dialer to ensure accuracy long-term outstanding debt to meet the company target 2. Monitor and follow-up daily performance report 3. Create tools, solutions to support collector team 4. Plan the manpower, coach, develop team members and utilize individual strengths within the team 5. Provide feedback and suggestions after collection calls

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or any related field 2. Minimum 5 years experience in collections 3. Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory role 4. Good knowledge in hire purchase 5. Good negotiation and English skills 6. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
