IT Recruiter (สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Manage the full cycle Recruiting Process; Study and Analyst the assigned Requirement, Job Posting, Sourcing and Approaching Call/Phone Interview Candidate, Format and Submit Resume to Hiring Manager, Coordinate and handle Interview Schedule, process Offering • Research and develop more channels and new solutions to increase candidates sourcing tools such as Social Network, Referral Program or any attractive campaigns etc. to achieve the assigned target.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male/Female, Thai Nationality Only • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields, if graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineer would be an advantaged • 1-2 years of experienced in IT Recruitment in positions of Software Developer (.Net, Java, Full Stack, DevOps, Mobile and Front-end etc.), Software Tester, System Analyst etc. • Background in IT Outsourcing Service Business would be a plus • Detail-Oriented person and good interpersonal skill • Command of English communication (Good at Reading and Writing are required.)
