หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience; experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with digital content management and online merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus

• Monitor and resolve order-related issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Organize product displays and website layouts to enhance online merchandising

• Support administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments
