Senior Asset Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสบริหารทรัพย์สิน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and review the Company’s asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Control and monitor asset acquisition, transfer, disposal, and write-off processes
• Conduct periodic physical asset verification and assess asset conditions
• Analyze asset data, depreciation, and asset utilization
• Prepare asset management reports and present findings to management
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and relevant departments
• Support internal and external audits related to asset management
• Recommend improvements to asset management processes and controls
• Provide guidance and support to junior asset staff, if applicable

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in asset management, fixed asset accounting, or related roles
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset management systems
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
