หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in CRM, customer analytics, or marketing roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and performance measurement.
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management and omnichannel marketing.
• Knowledge of data privacy and customer data protection regulations (e.g. PDPA) is an advantage.

• Define customer journeys and engagement frameworks to improve acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure CRM initiatives support overall commercial strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, call center).
• Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including targeting, content coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Ensure CRM activities are customer-centric, data-driven, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Oversee customer data management, segmentation, and profiling within the CRM system.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure CRM effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, system effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with IT, data, and external vendors to enhance CRM capabilities and system integration.
• Ensure CRM processes comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. PDPA).
• Lead, manage, and develop the CRM team to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key CRM partner to internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer service, and management.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors related to CRM platforms, data, and campaigns.
