หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage and administer the company’s social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, LinkedIn) in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
• 2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, visuals, short videos) to enhance brand awareness and online presence._
• 3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• 4. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, and Agency) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• 5. Support brand campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications through social media execution.
• 6. Track and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics, and prepare basic performance reports.
• 7. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics to propose content ideas and improvements.
• 8. Ensure all social media content complies with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements (if applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in social media administration, branding, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Basic skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual coordination (Canva, simple video editing tools are a plus).
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic analytical skills to review social media performance and engagement results.
• Good command of Thai and basic English communication skills.
