SEO Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with the company's digital marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO best practices.
• Perform keyword research based on customer search behavior and business priorities.
• Develop keyword strategies for website pages, landing pages, blog articles, and campaigns.
• Identify new keyword opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Optimize website content, metadata, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
• Improve page structure and user experience to maximize search visibility.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Monitor website indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and site performance.
• Work closely with the IT and Web Development teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
• Develop ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor backlink quality and identify opportunities for external partnerships.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization where applicable.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website performance.
• Analyze SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, IT, Product, and Branch Marketing teams.
• Support SEO requirements for digital campaigns, new product launches, and promotional landing pages.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Optimization.
• Experience in finance, banking, fintech, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic analytical skills to review social media performance and engagement results.
• Good command of Thai and basic English communication skills.
