หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement ERP strategies aligned with Easy Money’s business direction and growth plans
• Lead ERP enhancement, implementation, and expansion projects across core business functions
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, performance, and system availability
• Analyze and design business processes to effectively integrate with the ERP system
• Work closely with finance, lending, operations, and related teams to ensure the ERP system meets business needs
• Improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency
• Manage and develop the ERP / IT application team, including task assignment and performance monitoring
• Coordinate and control the work of ERP vendors, consultants, and system integrators
• Manage ERP project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee user access control, data security, and system governance
• Support internal and external audits related to ERP systems
• Ensure system usage complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws
• Plan and conduct ERP user training and knowledge transfer
• Provide consultation and problem resolution for system-related issues
• Develop user manuals, system documentation, and ERP operating standards

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP systems, with proven experience in ERP project management
• Strong understanding of ERP modules related to finance, accounting, lending, or operations
• Experience working with ERP vendors, consultants, or system integrators
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
