Process Improvement

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operating procedures to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce cycle time, and improve productivity.
• Map current-state and future-state processes using appropriate tools (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs, process maps).
• Identify root causes of process issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
• Support automation, digital transformation, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and work instructions.
• Monitor and track performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate process effectiveness and sustainability.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Support change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
• Prior experience in Service-based businesses, FMCG, or Financial Services / Banking / Lending industries will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be), SOP development, Workflow Diagrams, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proficient in improvement and analysis tools, including Advanced Excel, Visio, Minitab, and Power Automate.
