- To provide managerial leadership to the Production Unit Team - To create a conductive working environment - To make optimum use of resources to produce garments that meet the customer's quality, timeliness and quantity specification, within the Plant's cost and performance expectations, and within all applicable country, customer and plant policies and code of conduct

<p> </p> <div>- Bachelor' s or higher Degree in related fields</div> <div>- At least 3 years experience as a Production Manager in Garment and Textile Industry</div> <div>- Well experienced in quality control / inspection system & process</div> <div>- Fluent in verbal, written and reading English</div> <div>- Good attitude and good interpersonal skills</div> <div>- Good communication and computer literacy</div>
