Lean Manufacturing Engineer Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities · Coaches and mentors staff in order to propagate Lean Manufacturing ideals and concepts across the company · Create and foster collaborative relationship thru continuous improvement between key production personnel on the shop floor. · Ability to influence and drive others to act and align to management’s objectives · Lead and participate in Kaizen events across the manufacturing facility · Utilizes the teams analysis and develops recommendation for design and or process improvements
