หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose A Fitness Trainer creates tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and small groups. They assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress. Responsibilities • Identify the clients’ fitness level and health • Oversee completion of exercise routines • Track clients’ physical progress • Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues • Conduct individual and small group functional training sessions • Adopt a holistic training approach • Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely • Handle nutrition and health-related questions • Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans • Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed • Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirement - Experience in physical training - Certify with International certificate ACE , NASM, AFAA or other world recognize education organizations - Passion for health and fitness - A team-oriented approach to work - Ability to multi-tasks and stay-organize - Positive , motivating and effective training skill to help people to achieve the goal

• ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน
• ตามข้อตกลงของบริษัท
